Delete your account
Last updated October 2, 2026
Vivi is made by OnlySearch AI LLC. You can delete your Vivi account and its data at any time, in the app or by email. This page explains how, what is removed and what we keep.
1. Before you start
- Cancel any subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store, or the store may keep charging you.
- Finish running tasks. If the assistant is still working on something, wait for it to finish or stop it, then try again.
- Save what you want to keep. Deletion is permanent. Download any files from Files that you need, and note that we cannot restore an account once it is deleted.
- Exchange keys. Deleting your account removes the read-only keys we stored. To make a key stop working everywhere, also delete it on the exchange.
2. How to delete your account
In the app. Open Settings > Delete account (in the group with Privacy policy and Terms) and confirm. Your access ends immediately.
By email. If you cannot open the app, write to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we start. We will reply to confirm once it is done, without undue delay and within the time the law requires.
The waitlist. If you only joined the waitlist, you have no account to delete. If you have an account too, deleting it in the app does not remove your waitlist entry. In both cases, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to remove you from the waitlist. We delete your entry.
3. What happens when you delete
Your access to Vivi ends immediately and you are signed out everywhere. We then delete:
- your workspace, conversations and voice-mode transcripts;
- your files, including imports and files the assistant created;
- your connected wallets and exchanges, including the stored read-only keys, and the balances, positions and history we read from them;
- your alerts, watchlists, settings and portfolio snapshots;
- your push notification tokens;
- your usage, analytics and attribution records; and
- your name and email address from your account record.
This is deletion from our own systems. Google (sign-in, analytics, notifications and crash reports), RevenueCat, SolarEngine and our ad partners keep their own records; we will ask them to delete yours, or you can ask them directly.
Deletion normally finishes within moments of your request. If a step cannot complete, for example because a provider is temporarily unavailable, we keep trying automatically until it does. Your account cannot be used in the meantime.
4. What we keep
We keep only what we need to run our business and obey the law:
- Purchase and credit records linked to an internal account ID, kept so we can reconcile payments and handle refunds. They no longer carry your name or email address.
- Referral, reward and ad-offer records linked to the same internal account ID.
- A one-way identifier, a digest of your sign-in identifier. We can only use it to recognise the same identifier signing up again, and to prevent abuse and repeat misuse of promotions.
- Backups. Copies of our databases are kept for disaster recovery for a limited time, which we do not promise to a specific number of days. Deleted information may remain in a backup until our regular housekeeping removes it, and is not used.
- Records we must keep by law, if any, for as long as the law requires.
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, SolarEngine and our other providers keep their own records under their own policies. If you want a provider to remove data about you, email us and we will help.
5. Signing up again
You can create a new account with the same email address later. It starts empty: nothing from the deleted account comes back.
6. Questions
Write to [email protected]. More about how we handle your information is in our Privacy policy.
